Shipping Address
Depending on the actual inventory situation of different products, some orders will be shipped from our local warehouse in your country, while others will be shipped internationally from the store’s address location.
Delivery Areas and Excluded Regions
Currently, our shipping addresses are limited to within the United States.
We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico. Other regions may also be excluded from our shipping area.
Shipping Time
All orders will be shipped within 2 business days after you receive the order confirmation email (excluding weekends and holidays).
Estimated Delivery Time
Local Warehouse Standard Shipping: 4-7 business days
International Standard Shipping: 15-20 business days
Delivery times may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as weather, carrier delays, and peak seasons. If your package does not arrive within the estimated time frame, please contact us at Oternal365@163.com with your name and order number, and we will investigate immediately.
Shipping Fees
You will need to pay for shipping costs for your order. The exact amount will be calculated on the checkout page.

We cooperate with reputable carriers such as UPS, USPS and FedEx, which provide trackable shipping services to ensure you can monitor the status of your package at any time and ensure accurate delivery.
Wrong Address Disclaimer
It is the buyer’s responsibility to provide accurate shipping addresses and information.
Incorrect information will affect normal package delivery and your use. Any additional handling fees incurred due to incorrect information provided by the customer, as well as the cost of reshipping products, will be borne by the customer.

How Can I Check the Status of My Package?
After your package is shipped, you will receive an email notification containing a tracking number, which you can use to check the status of your package through our "Track Your Order" page.
Lost Packages
Oternal is not responsible for packages that are shown as successfully delivered by the carrier but are reported as lost. In such cases, you must contact the carrier directly to resolve the issue.
For packages lost during transit, please contact us at Oternal365@163.com promptly, and we will follow up and arrange for a new package to be sent to you as soon as possible.
Pre-orders
For all temporarily out-of-stock items, please refer to the corresponding product page for pre-order information, including the estimated delivery date.
Pre-ordering ensures you won’t miss out on our next batch of products. Pre-ordered items must be paid for in full in advance to ensure successful reservation. Once the items are in stock, we will prioritize your delivery.
Please note that we reserve the right to temporarily delay the estimated shipping time in special circumstances or cancel pre-orders and issue a full refund. We apologize for any inconvenience caused and will notify you via email.
If your order includes both pre-ordered and in-stock items, the entire order will be shipped once the pre-ordered items arrive.
