Overview

All products from oternal365.com come with a one-year limited warranty. We guarantee that, within one year from the date of purchase, the product will be free from material defects, damage caused by improper care before purchase, and manufacturing defects.

This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear or damage caused by misuse, abuse, improper storage and handling, or unauthorized modifications.

If your Oternal product is defective and meets the requirements of the limited warranty policy, we have the right to choose, at our discretion, to repair, replace, or refund the product.

Please notify us via email at Oternal365@163.com with your order number and a clear explanation of the issue, along with clear photos illustrating the issue. Our customer support team will guide you through the entire process.

Limitations and Disclaimers

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Oternal expressly disclaims any liability for the following:

• Under no circumstances shall Oternal’s liability exceed the purchase price of the product.
• Oternal provides this warranty policy in place of all other express or implied warranties, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
• In no event shall Oternal365.com be liable for any special, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the breach of any express or implied warranty applicable to this product, including but not limited to property damage, promotional and/or manufacturing costs, repair costs, reputational damage, and/or loss of customers.
• Some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, or the exclusion or limitation of such damages, so these limitations and exclusions may not apply to you.
